[turba] [horde] Turba error

PHP ERROR: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() on line 113 of /var/www/horde/turba/lib/Factory/Driver.php
Does anyone know why I would be getting this error?

But without knowning which version of horde, and which version of
turba, I doubt the devs will be able to help you much.

Also, if you're not using turba, why do you have it installed?
