[turba] CardDAV: IOS and OS/X Contacts cannot delete a Field in an Address Card

Hi,

When I delete a field from a Card in OS/X or IOS Contacts the field will not be deleted using CardDAV, I have no problems modifying the field. I am too can delete the contact from the Client.

I am using Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 5.2.11 and Turba 4.2.11, OS/X is 10.11.1.

I used the patch supplied by Carlos Velasco in above ticket and this works in my initial testing.
